Works very well!
This works a lot better than you might think it would. I have a 100lb heavy bag that I use in my power rack. It has held up with no issues over many sessions now!

Works great
Does what it says, seems well made and sturdy. Secures around itself very well and has enough slack to adjust around lots of various sized supports. I like that I can now move the heavy bag to a new location easily if I'd like, and this is SUPER easy to install as opposed to a screw system. It's setup to allow good movement of the bag; I didn't notice any change to using it vs. standard hanging systems I've used in the past. Would definitely recommend.

The best!
Holding up my 190lb aqua bag. Great product. I bought two in one month to hold up the aqua bag and my 100lb punch bag. Excellent quality!

Worked, but was long
While we managed to make this work and we use it, it took a little bit of configuration as you can only make it so short. Our ceiling beams are lower than normal, so we had to do some minor adjustments. Also, no directions came with it. Very easy to figure out if you just put a little thought into it though. Otherwise, this product works great. Only giving it a four-star due to the fact that it can only be shortened by so much.

Strong and Intact
I bought this because I have no floor space for a heavy bag stand in my apartment patio. It was very easy to mount the strap around 2 medium-sized metal beams above my patio to hold my 40lb heavy bag. After getting some punches in and some added swaing motion, the strap doesn't seem to lose its hold. Definitely worth the purchase!

Does exactly what it needs to do.
Holds a 90lbs bag up. does the job perfectly fine.

Did not include d ring - don’t trust for heavy bag
What a terrible product. Did not include d ring. I would send back but more expensive since I am an elated and shipped to Asia. If that can’t ship a product properly don’t trust them for heavy bag.
