I’ve tried a bunch of sleep gummies over the years and honestly, most of them either do nothing or leave me feeling weird and groggy the next day. These are the only ones that actually help me fall asleep and let me wake up feeling normal.They don’t knock me out like a sedative or anything, but I get genuinely restful sleep and feel way more consistent. No weird dreams, no next-day fog. Just sleep. I’ve already re-ordered and will probably keep buying these forever.

They help get you to sleep faster and taste great! Only downside is they stick together in the container. I wish they'd fix that

Started taking these 30 mins before bed as a sleep aid. I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed not groggy. I’ve also had some vivid dreams which apparently is because magnesium glycinate improves REM quality (dream part of sleep). I had been taking melatonin for the last 15 years and didn’t want to take a synthetic hormone anymore so I went for a more natural route with magnesium glycinate. These also have other relaxing/sleep aid ingredients like GABA and L Theanine. Would purchase again. Flavor is sweet and good, no weird after taste. Only con is that they stick together in the bottle. I have to use my long nails to fish them out and separate them, so I removed one star.

My husband absolutely loves these. It a fun little bedtime treat he seriously looks forward to before bed. The product tastes great, and works even better. This bundle is a great deal.

Like the review of others my order of gummies are stuck together in one large clump, impossible to separate. Very disappointing product.

Tasty so I look forward to taking them. LOL! Seems to have helped quiet my brain for sleep.
