Amazing quality and price
Better product than more expensive brands that are charging more. This is a steal of a deal.

Nice for lighting up dark areas at night but be aware.
First I want to address the statement I made in the subject line about being aware.. I say that, not due to a fault or issue with the product, but to be sure I communicate something specific to the installation. I personally have experience due to my work history. As a journeyman lineman for the utility, I understand electricity better than most. With that said, I would like to mention that it is important that anyone considering these lights for a home project understand that you will need to already own or purchase a transformer rated to run these lights. What I mean is that these lights DO NOT operate at a voltage consistent with your everyday electrical outlets which are rated at 120 volts for your regular outlets in your home and then 240 volts for the outlets made to run large appliances. My initial intent was to rig up my own power cord for these lights so that I could plug them into an outlet I installed myself near my front door since it gets very dark and hard to see in the front porch area of the house. I realized this was not possible after reading the instructions and noticing the lights were rated anywhere from 12 to 36 volts AC/DC (Initially I found the AC / DC portion confusing since electricity running to any home is airways always AC ( alternating current) rather than DC (direct current). Since I initially intended to power the lights thru the outlet I mentioned, I wasn't sure why mentioning DC in the instructions or on the lights themselves had anything to do with it since no areas I know of have DC setups that supply power to the ppl (it would be impossibly ridiculous trying). I am mentioning this thought because it is relevant and led me to the realization that there are two ways that the instructions are saying that these lights can be powered. The first (which I chose) is to simply add a transformer to step down the voltage to a usable level. This is very simple and fairly inexpensive. I was able to purchase a small transformer that steps voltage down from 120v to 12v. The transformer added no additional install time as I was able to simply plug it in to the outlet I intended to use for the lights which then connected to the available ports on the transformer. It is important to connect the lights to the transformer BEFORE plugging in the transformer to an outlet otherwise you are dealing with making "hot" connections and risk shocking yourself. With that said it's better to work safe and make your connections before powering anything. Once connected the lights worked very well and just as advertised. I'm quite happy with them. Now regarding the DC comment I made earlier.. it my assumption that the instructions mention of DC refers to offering a second possible method of powering the lights. That method being by battery. For those who have a situation where they need or want to power the lights by battery, according to the instructions they can install this way so long as the battery they use meets the same power range mentioned. I can't speak to this method because I did not use it, but I can say I would recommend these lights to anyone interested in using them for a situation like mine. Lastly, I would warn that regardless of the install chosen, I would caution anyone to be aware and look out for any funny smells or sparks. Should you notice anything like that it's typically an indication that too high voltage is being connected to the lights or that a bad connection exists. Both can cause connections to burn up. All in all if you take care to do it correctly, these lights can be a nice addition to whatever project you might add them to.

An excellent example of a hardscape light
I've bought and use a lot of these hardscape lights and this is a nice example of how it's done. The mount and light housing are sturdy, have no sharp edges, and emit a pleasing warm 2700K light output. The lead wire is ample in both size and length, and the kit even includes silicone wire nuts. Very pleased with these.

Not All the Same
I have three different types of these 7 inch hardscape paver lights and have found that they are not all the same. These lights by HNRLOY are different in that the LEDs themselves are like buttons that rise above the surface of the fixture. That makes them visible, whereas, the others are hidden behind the metal of the fixture. Not a big deal for outdoor hardscape use, but in my case, I have these on the fireplace mantle aimed upwards, so anyone sitting in front of the fireplace is going to be bothered by the glare.Fortunately, the fixture rotates, so they can be adjusted sufficiently to avoid this nuisance.Should mention that they've fallen off the mantle three times already since I don't have a permanent position for them. They survived every fall.

Nice Low-Profile
These are a very low-profile light and easy to adjust to achieve the light wash desired. They are very easy to mount and can be used in other applications besides as a hardscape light. They seem to be well made, sturdy, and a landscape/hardscape light that would hold up well for quite some time.
