Q: Does this handle lift up to operate? I am replacing one that lifts up, not sideways

This is an exact replacement of the existing pull out handle for Lazy Boy recliner.

Q: Does this come with the cable? Does it come with instructions?

comes with cable, no instructions. But they are pretty easy to replace, one screw at the handle, pop off the cable.

Q: Will this fit the lazy boy model 480359?

It worked for our Lazy Boy but unfortunately I'm not sure about a specific model. It gave a very informative description.
