Writing this review after using it for 6 months. So far all good. Working as it should be. Looks very good and is performing very well. Only con is the sound, sometimes it was start with a loud crank, which according to lg people is normal for this size freeze. But for me it’s a downer. I expected it to be much smoother probably because we are not is 1990s when freeze compressor sounds seemed normal.Other then that all good.

Service too bad
The media could not be loaded. Fridge is good but the after sale services are pathetic they will really make your service experience bad that I will never buy an LG fridge again. first they said motor is not working one executive came & change the same & other one comes & say motor is working fine & charged me twice for absurd charges.

Working fine for the last 6 months.....everything looks alright....except one thing....the front side of metal door covering is perhaps weak....dents occured with minr impacts by children while playing....rest is alright....no complaints

Don't buy LG products
Third class product and third class after sales service by LG they don't have qualified enginers to find out actual problem with the product every time they come for service they charged amount but not able to fix the problem they repair the product on trial and error method.Total repair amount spend on product around 11000/- but not get results
