Great Customer Service from HP
Well it arrived bang on time and all went well with the installation until I tried to print from Microsoft Outlook. I have it set up on a network with two other printers, both Ink Jets, It was a settings issue with Outlook as it turns out, but with nowhere to go I decoded to try HP customer support. I will not labour here but suffice it to say, the service I received from HP was outstanding and even they struggled for a long time as to why the printer did not like Outlook. They never gave up and at one point the technician said he would have to go and investigate with his colleagues and that he would phone back at a certain time. Yup exactly on time he called back and we continued our attempts to make the printer work with Outlook.Eventually we solved the problem and the machine is magic. I have always liked the HP laser printers and now I am also a fan of their customer service backup. Well done HP and BT perhaps you could learn from them.

Easy to install and easy to manage
I needed a standard printer for all users, and the same toner cartridges. A good printer, useful scanner and a great price. A bonus was that I discovered a very useful management app that lets me see clearly how the printers are doing and status of cartridges.

NOT brand new as they advertised it!
Very disappointed. This was sold as a 'new' product but our IT team have found that it is used, and has done over 5000 prints! We could have purchased a brand new printer for the same price.What warranty do you offer? We strongly feel a deduction in price should be made.
