My daughter received a similar elephant with lights and music at her baby shower but it only lasted a few months and my grandson loved it so I wanted to replace it for him. At 7 months old, he really enjoys anything that lights up so that was what attracted me to this adorable elephant, not only does the belly light up but the star on the nose lights up and he loves to reach for it and hold it, . This is one of his favorite toys to play with while awake and to have it in his crib while drifting off to sleep. The elephant has 2 volumes making it nice and quiet so it doesn't interfere with sleep and then loud enough to enjoy playing with it. As for funcionality, quality and value this would make a great baby shower gift and I was so happy watching him loving his elephant.

This was a gift for a gender reveal. Mom loved lights and music. Very good quality, soft and cute.

My nephew loved it. The adults not so much. Seemed like each song played forever. Being able to change songs would be an improvement. Cute, cuddly and the star light is the perfect brightness for nighttime.

So cute. I bought it despite reading that it didn't seem to play all the various songs. However, even if it's just one song, our little 3 month old is happy with it. And the twinkling lights are a fun extra.

My son loved this until it stopped working after not even a full month. For the price, this is super, super disappointing, not to mention having an unhappy 3 year old.

This is by far one of my girls favorite toys. She loves anything that lights up and it is so soft. I would definitely purchase again.
