I'm 5 feet 11 Inches use it to feel 6 or 6"1
Gives you a good confidence boost among folks who are taller being 5 11 is decent but being 6 or 6"1 is godlike

Its too narrow & slips inside the shoes. Not at all comfortable. Cannot walk properly after wearing it. Discarded it after wearing for 1 day. Cannot walk while wearing it.
