Very easy to set up and use, does a really good job of cooling down the room in a short period of time. There is noise but I would say no more than any other unit and a small price to pay for the cooling effect. Only real comment is that the window kit is for sash windows so if you have standard UK windows you will need to buy a kit but absolutely worth it

Air conditioning is becoming more essential now. You have heating for winter, and now you can be covered for summer with this Air Con unit.After 2022's extreme heatwave and having moved into a bigger house (previously a flat) I bought two units, one for each floor to, well, keep cool in summer of course!I tested both units upon arrival, after leaving to stand for 24 hours after delivery (like fridges ect) and work great, now my mind is at ease for any future heatwaves.Fan mode is powerful and I can tell already it is 100 times better and more efficient than tower fans, which I previously used. Air Con mode is just like jealously walking into a cool air conned super market in summer!Noise level is what you'd expect, it's a fan/air con/dehumidifier (one at a time of course). It is powerful, but efficient and does the job.I recommend anyone to invest in these. Many other countries have always used air con, now the UK is going that way too.

I purchased the S-50 as it would be the perfect size for our outside log cabin “Gym”. 9ftx9ftx8ft high. It gets quite hot in side but the cooling capacity of this unit is just perfect. This is running off a battery system producing mains electricity and charged via solar panels. So all in all it runs free of charge! A brilliant piece of kit. It’s quite light to move around (casters) and a good length of mains lead. In operation the fan is not intrusive and you quickly forget it’s there! Highly recommended air conditioner. Plus it’s cheap to run (mains) it only pull around 335 watts when running in cooling mode and about 45 watts fan only. Excellent

The media could not be loaded. Well I don’t Even have a window conversion kit and I’m just sticking the pipe out the window and the job it’s doing is top notch, obviously il get even better results once I have the window kit sorted for the window. It cooled my room from 27 degrees to 21 in a few hours and I was able to get a goodnight sleep. It also has night mode for those who want to leave it on through the night, the noise won’t be a problem. Yes it’s on the pricey side but totally worth it

This is a very noisy machine even on low and sleep mode. Not ideal for a bedroom but it certainly cools the room down which is what you want, just don't purchase for a bedroom or room you want to have a conversation in or watch TV (I normally have my TV on volume 4 but had to put it to 10 to be heard over the machine) the hose is very rigid and quite short, so I have to have the machine on a box just so it reaches the window, not sure if you can change the hose but I will be looking into that as my neighbours hoses are much smaller and softer than mine (got to keep up with the neighbours!!!) 😀I had to contact customer service who were excellent at replying and responding and it felt like a really personal service. Happy with the machine but it has limited room usage. I would look for a quieter one (I know they all make a noise but this is the loudest one I've heard!)

Arrived unannounced from Amazon as unable to track delivery but did arrive on the day promised. Unboxed and left to settle for 24hrs .Instructions easily followed , assembled exhaust hose, fitted window kit into a double glazed side hung window not perfect but affective. Once the unit had been up and running for a while the room temperature had dropped and was now comfortable . This unit though compact is very efficient for its size, well worth the money.
