The best product I’ve used so far
This cream is the best I’ve used. I’ve had severe ongoing issues with piles, used every cream under the sun but they were all making it worse. It wasn’t until my Mum suggested this cream and the relief was amazing. After suffering for years, I was finally able to stop the itching. Please don’t be put off by a different language on the box. This cream really helps!

Very good product
