Large pills but ultimately allow you to meet your needs
These pills are very large and do have a bit of a smell to them but they're absolutely perfect if supplementing vitamins and are unable to use those which contain vitamin A.I'm currently using ISO tretinoin also known has accutane and so I needed to find something that didn't contain vitamin A but did allow me to meet my other vitamin needs. These are actually perfect I do believe they work and I use them with subscribe and save to ensure that I don't miss out and as they are provided in a handy 30 day bottle this is perfect. They don't really have a specific taste when swallowed with water but any taste they do have certainly isn't foul.I think these represent good value for money they are certainly not cheap but better than have a new supplementation at all.

Just looking for no Vitamin A
I am taking these due to a doctor recommendation that I avoid vitamin A. I have not found any other products available in the UK.They do smell, but vitamin B smells really bad anyway, these are only slightly worse. It is a sealed container and imo you wouldn't need a peg on your nose to open the medicine cupboard. They are very large round tabs, they are apx 12mm diameter and apx 8mm depth at its highest point (they bow in the centre), if you do have difficulty swallowing tabs, these might not be for you. You cannot cut them in half.It is difficult to review how good they are, I don't feel worse for taking them or experienced any side effects which is all I can really say.I would reorder but am worried about the high vitamin b content as mentioned by other reviewers, I am not sure who this product is aimed at for them to need up to 22 times their NRV/RDA, but I am just avoiding A, so it isn't me.

Really pleased with this product as its the only one which is without vitamin A. Vitamin A builds up in your body over the years and so it is a safe bet to eliminate any extra other than what is in your normal diet.

I like the feeling in my arms and legs....
Just received these multivitamins and noted Vitamin B6 is present at 1786% of RDA, which lead me to investigate further.A quick google search provides an NHS link, which I shall quote from."Taking doses of 10-200mg a day for short periods may not cause any harm. However, there is not enough evidence to say for how long these doses could be taken safely.""Do not take more than 10mg of vitamin B6 a day in supplements, unless advised to by a doctor."I originally purchased from Amazon as I trusted them to only sell reasonably safe products, clearly the safety of this product is doubtful, and the lack of so much as a warning from Amazon is shocking, highly disappointed in both the product and Amazon. Furthermore the smell of this product is horrific.

Beware: Massive dose of B6
When I saw this on Amazon I failed to notice the toxic amount of Vit B6 which it contains. It's great that there's no vitamin A, which is a liver toxin if you take too much, but the dose of B6 is horrendous and would eventually lead to serious neurological damage. For this reason I might just take half a tablet once a week and take a much more sensible multivitamin for the rest of the week. To be honest, I think even this would lead to problems, so maybe I'll consider returning it.
