At first there was an adjustment period, but I got through it and this back support can prove to be very comfortable, especially on long drives. It's just different from the bead pillows I've used in the past. It can ride up on the seat and require some positioning before I get settled. Occasionally I'll slam the inflation bulb in the door. Still... all worth it. I like that I can easily add more inflation or soften the pillow easily while resting on it. That feature is very convenient. I have two pillows, one for each of our two cars.

Just inflated this support pillow for first time. Comes with no instructions, so it took a minute to realize I had to put my thumb over the exhaust hole in the bulb with each squeeze, then remove my thumb for a second to allow the bulb to refill again. I guess it took me about 80-90 squeezes to fill the pillow, which didn't surprise me, but some people might think that's a pain. Otherwise, the pillow seems to be good quality and works as expected. I think it'll perform as I hoped.

I have an old lower back injury and need to avoid slouching to stay out of pain.This makes it relatively easy to adjust most seats (airline, car, etc.) to have the right amount of lumbar support.When I’m on a plane or using a rental car, I strap the belt around my waist so that I can’t possibly leave it behind!

The idea of the product is good. Unfortunately, the manufacturing of the product is poor. After using for about a month and a half it's already deflating. It won't keep the pressure.

It is very convenient to have the attached pump. When you shift in your chair like I do, you can push the deflate button next to the pump to deflate small increments, and re-inflate with just a few more pumps. Thoughtful design. You don't need to take it off the chair to reinflate with your mouth, this just works right.Initially, I did not like this pillow. I thought it felt and sounded like a cheap plastic bag inside. But you don't notice it much once it's inflated. And it does the job. I would upgrade to another one with the pump, maybe with a little foam. But this works for what I need.

It pretty much turns into a ball behind your lower back every time without having to straighten it out repeatedly. Also, the straps are ineffective on my Hyundai Sonata seats and exacerbate the situation.
