This is a GREAT pillow.Have awoken with a headache and neck pain for a long time and tried different pillows, none of which worked.This one however did the trick. First time I used it, no headache or neck ache the following morning.Excellent value.Would thoroughly recommend it.

I loved that I could sleep comfortably on my side on each of the side high raised sections and my arm/hand was comfortable in the recess under the raised wing.During the night I moved to sleep on my back and my head went into the middle section comfortably and I guess i move a lot as I'd then end up on my side sleeping again but on the opposite side of pillow so I moved whilst asleep unnoticeabley to myself with no waking and I am a terrible light sleeper!I bought this because I have been waking with awful neck pain, headaches and numb hands (at times) and read up about the cervical spine neck and nerves and the impact sleeping positions have in a negative way if you do not have the correct pillow for your body.It took me about 2 to 3 days to completely get used to the pillow which I was prepared for but I wouldn't go back tomy normal pillows.My only disappointment is that you cannot buy spare pillowcase covers so you can have spares to wash and replace, which I feels very shortsighted ......Other than that I recommend the pillow.I took one star off just because you cannot purchase spare pillowcases.

Really happy with this - quite a simple little pillow but noticeably more comfortable than a standard one and seems to do well for my back pain. Like that it can accommodate different sleeping positions, too - I'm typically a side sleeper but, depending on which way you position it, you can also use it for sleeping on both your back and front. Seems to also retain shape well and comes with instructions.

Pillow is great however the zip has broken already! Only been used a few weeks.

Very comfortable pillow. It took me couple of days to get used to it but can confidently say it was worth it and I don't intend to go back to my old pillow! The pillow provides great support for back and neck, regardless of the sleeping position. I absolutely love it! Definately value for money. I'm getting one for my husband too!

Been in use For a couple of nights now, very comfortable and supports the neck very well. This in turn means quality sleep is improved and the size of the pillow is perfect. It's definitely a quality product. Recommended

I like it because I get better sleep, maybe it could have come with a fitted pillow case, as it’s a funny shape.
