Good quality sound
Sound quality is very good even when you go for full power you don't get cracking noises like with the most cheap speakers. Base is regulated by the app. Good wifi connection. Haven't tried Bluetooth as using wifi to stream my music.

Excellent sound easy to set up
Sound quality excellent, easy to set up. My only gripe is my windows laptop refuses to play to the soundbar via Bluetooth

Easy to set up
Prompt delivery, Having problems with the ARC connection, but likely to be the LG TV than the soundbar. Excellent communications, when replacement needed.

No bass
It's not the same color as my silver LG tv which was disappointing but most disappointing is the bass. It's is virtually none existent ever when bass setting is up full.
