These are fairly small brownish capsules with no real taste or smell. I found them easy to take.I've been taking Maca root suppliments for a while now and have seen an improved recovery when training with no obvious negative effects. My blood pressure also seems to have reduced a little since taking this. There are signs of increasing sex drive which may be linked to testosterone but really not sure about that.The dose seems high to me but it is water soluble so in theory any surplus should be excreted in the urine.The only thing I don't like about this is the very thin bottle but that is down to personal preference.At around £9 for 4 months supply these are cheap.

Great option with the added zinc - I've been taking maca root supplements like this for years now for it's many benefits (especially for helping with keeping my energy levels and mood up) so needed no convincing on that front - just be sure you've done your research and you know you need to take these and what the right amount is for you before starting with them.These are a very good high strength option and I like the fact they have some added zinc and for four months worth they are also incredibly good value and better than my regular ones so will happily switch once they've run out as no issues with them having taken them for a while now so happy to recommend fully.
