I purchased these for an office space and laundry room installation. The office space is 12'X12' and the utility / laundry room is about 8' X 12'. Both spaces are on the lower level of a tri-level home with the office having one window and the laundry having none. Both installs were easy with excellent results. The quality and quantity of light in both areas is excellent. The installation is extremely easy using the rails of a drop ceiling and Wall Nuts for the wire connections. It was simply plug and play. At a rated 60,000 hours of use I'll be 120 before I have to change them again. As an added plus these are light weight panels. So at 80 years old it was still simple to climb the ladder and install the fixtures. I'm very happy with the installation so far. These are the 5800 Lumen lamps.

Incredibly lightweight. Incredibly bright! Oddly, although one of them appeared to be damaged right out of the box, I just took it apart and popped the backing out with my fingers in less than a minute! They have a transformer that connects to your 110V using just two 20ga, wires. Took me less than two minutes to install each one to existing circuit. Perfect fit in the 2X2 tile openings. Transformer does get warm, but let it sit in top of the fixture itself and it's fine. Really top shelf replacement for old flourescents.

Ordered this light for my store that has drop ceiling after the first one went bad. The light is the standard size and it was not that heavy which was great. The older one was heavier and also the back was bulkier but this one was surprisingly very thin. The only reason I took one star away is the wiring. The older one had stronger and longer wiring. The wires are too close stuck together so you have to pull them apart and also they could have made the wiring longer and you can cut it to the desired length. Overall the light is really good and I would purchase again especially for the price. It's also brighter than the previous light we had

Had two fixtures in a drop ceiling I was tired of dealing with. Bad ballasts replacing bulbs and so on.These were easy to install and put out a lot more light. I’m no electrician but the instructions were clear. The only unfortunate thing was the first set was damaged during shipping but they got replaced. I ordered another set to replace old fixtures in other locations.
