A must have for XT/XTR users with 42+ rear cassettes.
A must if you are running large cassettes on Shimano rear mechs. I wanted to use a 11-46 on a XTR Di2 set up and this allowed me to. Without it the guide wheel was too close to the 46t cog. Couldn’t get a satisfactory setting with the B tension screw so opted for one of these. It was the solution to the problem: better changes, better chain contact, better all round.

Use this one for 10 speed set up when going to 46T
This was perfect when I went to 46T rear on a 10 speed xtr set up. Seemed expensive initially compared to other links but I'm glad I went with this as it works perfectly with the B screw in a sensible position. No mech wobble or mis-shifting.

A product that actually works
Great product. Certainly makes a difference if you need to use the lower ratio cassette. Perfect gear change and looks like it should do too.
