Great!
I am sooo glad I bought this as I am doing the Swimathon at my local swimming pool on the 27th of April! This helps to keep track of how many lengths I'm taking, how many minutes of swimming I have done overrall and an approx time measurement of how long it takes me to do a single length! This is a great little device that easily fits on the forefinger which makes it so you don't have to slow don't whilst swimming when you click to mark off a length. highly recommended!

Great counter
Easy to use and very clear. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a back light for evening outdoor swims.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered an incorrect specification item. Customer Service team responded to my query almost immediately and offered to replace the item with a higher spec one for the same price. The replacement product is excellent and the overall experience of dealing with the vendor was excellent.

Hopeless!
A total disappointment! Failed to power up and failed to display beyond an imperfect and very dim view of a row of 8's. Attempting to return and have asked for a full refund.

ok for 5-6 months at most
I have purchased two of these and in both the display starts to play up at around the 6 month mark. Otherwise I found it relatively easy to use although reading the laps can be difficult. I used mine continuously from Mid June to Mid December for roughly 4-6 hours in the pool per week. Lighter use might lengthen the use you get out of it. I may buy another one and just accept the cost per month trade off as I only need a lap counter and I cant justify the expense of a MUCH more expense watch to do the same job

Non- swimmers steer clear.
In the packaging there is a request " if you like it tell everyone, if you don't tell us and we will ...". Well I didn't like it; so I wrote to them a few months ago and no surprise, no answer. This stopwatch is designed for swimmers timing lengths or athletes on a circular track, not great for other sports which are less repetitive. The button gives no feedback that it has been pressed and so I have mistimed many events. Massively overpriced.
