Q: How many calories one bagel?

I only have the everything bagel right now and it has 220 calories per bagel. Not sure about the plain bagel.

Q: Can these be frozen? I'm the only GF in my house!

They normally come frozen when they are delivered to grocery stores. If you have bought them unfrozen there is a good chance that they were once thawed and you may be freezing them for a second time.

Q: Is the price for one pack or a case? It looks like just one pack.

I just ordered & the delivery came today with ONE bag of FOUR bagels! This is ridiculous. These are basically $6.50 in the store & I paid $14.99! The only reason I purchased this was because I saw the comments that it was 4 bags of 4 bagels each. This is more than double the price in the store.

Q: are these boiled before baking? i'm looking for new york style bagels.

I do not know for sure. I have never found a gluten-free bagel that equals New York bagels. However, these are the closest.
