Just like every other one, the taps are TOO LOW!
Like most of these unitss, the taps are so low one must bend over to fill a glass; I'm TOO OLD to bend over to fill a glass!. I had to put it on a downside up milk crate to make the elevetion acceptable - A FULL FOOT!They are ALL like this, every brand and model. This one allows turning off the heat on the left tap for room temp water, a plus. It has a door in front whose inside space is room temperature.

Good for cold water dispenser
Works really well as far as cold water. It is not freezing cold but cold enough for a refreshing cool drink of water. The hot water doesn't get scalding hot enough to make coffee; you just get warm water, but it works for us since I got this primarily really for the cold water. Most of the time we just turn off the warmer. If you're looking for a cold water dispenser, I think this is still worth the money.

Really happy came fast and working great has a on and off switch for hot and cool so you don't have to use the hot if not needed. Fits the 3 gallons and is very nice. I really like it I have more space on my kitchen tops without the small crock thing and the wooden stand. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Looking forward to nice cold water in the summer.

Don't bother...
The product arrived in a box that was too small..this should have been a warning. After unpacking it from its very creative packaging, I plugged it in, heard two sizzling pops, and smoke began to waft up from the coils in the back. Took quite a while to cook down the back and the smell of burning wires is still in my kitchen. Needless to say, the product is going back. Now I am just faced with the challenge of getting it packaged as creatively as it arrived.

I ordered this unit and returned it shortly after. It is shorter than any other cooler I have owned. I also was not thrilled the the childproof shut off for the hot water was in the back of the cooler.
