Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for - Really well built, well designed, strong and looks great. We bought three to replace just having beds on the floor. This gives us usable space above for plants and shelves etc. The dogs love them - from the husky down to the Jack Russell. We would never use ours with the doors closed (just not us) but I don't think they would be overly upset if we did for a short period. Definitely a two person job, preferably one with a degree from Ikea, to assemble. Really pleased with these.

The doors and the mechanism is so flimsy that we have a spaniel puppy and all he has to do is push the doors enough and they just come off and he keeps getting out, pretty but not worth the money

Arrived really fast so that was impressive and it was well packaged. Looks lovely and strongMost parts had chips etc sadly. Panel 13 had a large chip which they had clearly noticed and had filled with a sticky glue type substanceTerrible instructionsThe bars pictured had holes in different places so I had to try and work out where to put the clips as the didn’t fit the pre drilled holesRealised parts were missing and phoned the company. They offered a 20% refund which I declinedThey didn’t have the spare parts in stock so again said I could have 20% back and keep itThey asked for photos and then agreed to a refund when they saw the photos

The crate itself is amazing, had a few issues and struggling to get to the right customer support but this was due to buying through Amazon and not directly from the supplier

I am so pleased with this purchase. It looks so much nicer than metal crates, it is solid and was pretty easily to put together ( I managed it on my own) It provides the dogs with a safe place where they can be with us and feel part of the family. We have had so many compliments. I wish I’d brought this sooner!

1st one came with the wrong doors, I was sent a replacement, it looks lovely but not the sturdiest wood overall ok and does the job

A really good size for our spaniels, gives them loads of room.

Was the wrong colour sent I asked for oak they sent me a grey one there was screws missing lucky enough I had some screws my self I couldn’t be bothered to send it back because I’ve been waiting ages for it but it was easy to but only took 45 mins if I had all the parts it would of took less time think the price was a little too high as well definitely not worth the £200 and odd I paid for it with parts missing
