Great pillow once assembled - wide enough for back sleepers and both knees
I have had knee rolls before but they were always too short for both knees, as I sleep on my back. Instructions for assembling this one are a little sketchy, so I took a star off because it took 30 minutes of wrestling to get the foam-filled inner pillow into the inner case. No method for doing this was described - and there has to be a better way, as the pillow swelled to full-size immediately after I removed the fabric shipping cover - and it is not tube-shaped, so stuffing it into a narrow tube of fabric is a real workout! (Maybe easier with two people?) So glad I will only have to do that once, as the outer bamboo case will be the only one coming off from now on!

Not comfortable - also smelly
This was very hard, very lumpy and had a weird chemical odor. Returned.

Much too heavy for the elderly
This pillow is VERY heavy! Had to return as too heavy for my elderly mom
