Blocks Out Everything
This is much larger than I thought. It blocks out all light and some sound around it. To use as described, add some cushion, pillows, a mat, or some type of padding for the bottom. You can even put the glowing stars on the roof inside for when the door is down, or a battery operated soothing light for the same effect. When not being used for sensory purposes, this can be used for product photography as it provides a wide solid background.

Portability
My grandson who is on the spectrum did not like it at all!!Also, it is not portable! Very difficult to fold up and get back in the bag! Wish there had been a video posted on how to do this. We will be returning it.

Rather small so check dimensions
Got as escape spot for child with autism. He is 10 and this is really too small and confining for him. Does completely block out light so might be good for younger kids.

Huge hit!!
Purchased for my autistic grandson who lives out of state from me. Unfortunately I couldn't see for myself but I'm told he LOVES IT- and that's his new "safe place" which makes my heart very happy!!

Okay
Could be better, it’s basically a tent you can get anywhere I don’t really see anything different, my child wasn’t really interested in being in it although she loves tents this one seem a bit too secluded and dark inside. It was very easy to set up

Really mixed
I love the concept of the sensory tent, a calm down corner. This does have a good shape and sets up easily. Not sure about take down easily.I have one really big concern: Breathability. My son considered sleeping in it. But the fabric doesn't seem to pass air through it, so the only air inlet is going to be the leaks around the door flap. I can't find any information about safety with it or even the manufacturer's name. So I'm feeling untrusting. They say its safe but they don't explain what testing they have done. I'm thinking of altering it so that it has some air exchange.

Pretty large
This tent unfolds from a compact circle to a pretty nice sized tent. I can fit in it comfortably with plenty of room to spare, and much more so my almost 3 year old. It offers a really nice dark area free from distractions, as there are no windows and little light comes through. It does warm up kind of quickly! One thing I got confused about when setting it up is that there are two string ties on either side of the inside of the tent at the top and there's a collapsible bar to give the top some structure; I thought the bar was installed on the inside, but there is a pocket on the outside with a velcro end.
