Not the best
With only one barb per connection, they are a bit loose and do come apart sometimes. I would buy connectors that have 3 barbs per connection, they work better.

An alternative with more barbs seemed to work better with the compatible hose
Item was as described but I found some leeks, after use on compatible 13mm hose (i.e. not actual Hozelock hose). An alternative with more barbs seemed to work better with the compatible hose.

Leaky
This leaked very badly even when i used hose clamps. The single barb isn't very effective and could be a bit bigger or have multiple barbs.
