Super light, waterproof bag. Awesome warranty team
Have had this bag maybe a year. Used several times backpacking and love it.Would give it 6 stars if I could due to Sea to Summit warranty team. Last trip I noticed that one of the buckles from this bag had fallen off. When I got back I emailed support. In 3 days I had a package with a replacement buckle as well as a spare in case it ever happened again. Now that is service! Well done Sea to Summit!

Possibly NOT Worth the money -- try the heavier?
EDIT again: StS has been very responsive regarding my issue with these. It appears that the 1,200mm head spec for these just may not be enough to keep sweat from being pushed into them in running use. Keep that in mind. You get nearly 2x the water resistance for a little more weight by using the non-Nano version, and even for a weight weenie, it's probably a better bet to try those.EDIT:I loved these at first. Light. pretty tough. Easy to use. But after about 10 uses, I notice a fairly substantial problem: THE ARE NOT ACTUALLY WATERPROOF. I use these to keep gear dry in my running backpack on long runs. My pack is mesh, so spare shirt, phone, wallet, etc., that stuff goes in these. However, the last 4 or 5 runs, I've had damp gear every time I've taken the stuff out of my bag. That includes only 1 actual run in rain. The other runs were on dry days and the only moisture getting into my pack was sweat wicking off my back into the mesh. But somehow, it gets into these bags. All of them (the 2 liter and 2x 1 liter bags that I've got).I am always careful to close them according to instructions, with at least 3 rolls before clasping. Today, as a test, I put less stuff in them and got 4 rolls on each before clasping them. I put them in my pack with the clasp side down in case it rained, the solid, taped-seam bottom would be facing the rain. It didn't rain. It got warm and sunny. I got sweaty. When I got home, I emptied the sack that had my spare shirts. Both felt damp. Not drenched, but damp. Wouldn't have been a killer for me, but damp after 2.5 hours of sweat exposure? Come on.Opened the bag with my wallet, phone, first aid kit. Drops of water inside. Wallet (leather) quite visibly wet. Phone greasy with moisture.I have no idea why these can't actually keep my stuff dry when they're exposed to just sweat or light rain, but I sure as heck wouldn't trust them in a real downpour. I'm hoping Sea to Summit will take them back or something. They're really a disappointment. When I pay $16-20 for a tiny ditty bag that's getting premium dough because it's supposed to be waterproof, it better actually be waterproof. These are not.

Great. This is my new first aid bag
Great. This is my new first aid bag. I haven't had it long, but it held up on 8 day backpacking trip. I have always had great luck with Sea to Summit dry bags. I have another one like this that I have had for 10 years and it still works great. They are the only dry bags that hold up and don't disintegrate in Hawaii (laminates and coatings melt and fall apart here). They are the only brand of dry bag I will buy since I moved to Hawaii. Note: I trim and round sharp corner edges of all things before I put them in these bags just to be careful, such as the Neosporin tube, etc. Dry bags of any brand are not totally dry when fully submerged. I use double freezer ziplocs or these thin Sea to Summit dry bags around items before putting them inside a larger dry bag. My stuff stays nice and dry this way when I'm swimming through the ocean from my anchored boat to the shoreline for instance.

I couldn't believe how thin this was.
I bought a Feathered Friends Flicker UL 20 degrees down quilt for camping. I didn't notice that it came with its own stuff sack until I ordered this. I actually tried to cancel this order but I'm glad I was unable to because this stuff sack is much better. The material is strong, but almost rice paper thin. I have zero doubts it will keep sleeping bag dry should I ever get caught out in the rain while hiking or if I go river camping. If you count ounces, then these bags are the way to go.

Love this product!
Big fan of these waterproof dry bags!! Every family member in our family has a few in different sizes (8L, 4L and bathing-suit size - 2L are our favorites). Very convenient to take to the gym or for a beach trip/vacation. Bag dries quickly even after carrying soaking wet items and never got a damp smell or a leak (if closed properly)! I like the one with the vision panel more but this one fits the purpose. I love the color options so we can all have a different one. We have purchased our first one over 4 years ago and still performs as new. I wish the clip loop would be a bit longer to be able to hang the bag but not an issue. Love them, super practical and we never go on vacation without them!

These are nice, light and very air-tight
These are nice, light and very air-tight. They also seem to be very well made. I have not dumped a canoe yet to find out if they leak water, but if they don't leak air...... Since I bought these, I have found some others that are breathable. This makes a big difference. When you pack this and then seal it, it holds air and will not compress after sealing. It is really difficult to compress, hold and seal while keeping it all tight. The breathable ones will compress down after sealing. You can put them in a compression sack, or just tighten your backpack compression straps. These ultra-sil nano bags are a little like giant air bubbles. I carried these bags for a week in the BWCA.

$$$$ Pricey For the 13 Liter Dry Sack
Pricey at $23/ea for the 13 liter sack. The weight of it is light at 27 grams. However it is NOT MUCH lighter than other sacks of similar construction offered at a lower cost. It is waterproof and very good construction. Seams are sealed and double stitched. If saving weight is your goal, then you could easily pack one item less to reduce the overall weight of what is being carried. I recommend buying other nylon dry sacks which are nearly as good as this one but at substantially less cost.

bring it with on your kìhiking trips or even in your luggage
t doesn't take up space or weight too much in your backpack, useful to store a sleeping bag but also clothes and other items.

Super
Ich liebe dieses Teil. Hab lange überlegt, ob ich meine Nasssäcke ersetze durch diese mit geringerem Gewicht und Packmaß und habe es nicht bereut. Das Material ist sehr dünn. Also spitze Gegenstände besser nicht rein. Sonst aber super!

naja
