Supported my SRT learning. The information is very good. Cost of the book due to taxes is very expensive in india. In the cost of one book you can get all the three books if you ask someone to get it for you from uk.I am disappointed with the quality of the binding as the pages are coming out. So one needs to extremely careful.

The charts promised is not included in the book. The appendix A was to have the charts but has only blank pages. Was looking forward to the book and I am very disappointed.Matter contained is all super but the charts are missing so one cannot really work on them . It is just another reading material of awareness . Or is this a promo to their classes ? If so then the book should mention so...

Great book:)

This book is just a marketing ploy for their courses that cost $600. They refer to charts throughout the whole book but they don’t provide the charts (lol, good one guys!) and then I went to their site to buy the charts, and they stopped and refunded my purchase because charts are only available to students or teachers. What a scam! There’s definitely SOME great info in this book. I learned how to explore my usage with a pendulum. And now I’m working intuitively to create my own charts. I know this organization is ultimately working for the greater good of humanity, and understand that money exchange is needed in this reality. But I don’t like being tricked. I’m not someone who has $600 to use towards a training course and if I had known this was all tied to that, I wouldn’t have bought the book. And I would’ve been more likely to be interested in taking a course, had I loved the book and wanted to learn more. I can only imagine if they withhold information like this upfront, the rest of the courses are probably using the same sales tactics.So basically if you are rich, and have free time I guess this book is for you. If you have limited funds, but want to develop an energy healing practice look elsewhere. If you haven’t read The Emotion Code, I highly recommend that. They offer pricey certifications ($900!), but you get enough info in the book (which is free!) to be able to start on your own.

I absolutely love this book along with all the other books of the same collection.I found that taking good care your own spirituality is just as necessary as taking good care of your own body to heal or to stay healthy.It has nothing to do with religion, just pure spirituality.Emotions go deep into the body and sit there to eventually become a disease if not properly taken care in a timely manner.SRT helped me to move away from misconceptions and false believes. It has helped me along through my transition and healing process.It is to me more like good nutrition for the soul. As the body needs nourishment, our soul and spirit do too.If we want to heal and/or to maintain a healthy state in mind, body and spirit, we need to treat them as " whole".I would highly recommend this book as well as the rest of the books of the same collection. It is just my personal preference. If you feel that you do not fit into the conventional molds of society and that you need to grow spiritually and explore new options for a new you, this might very well be the right book to get you started in that direction.I loved it :-)
