amazed to get this baby carrier & it has honestly been one of the best purchases I've made!I was due to go on a 2 hour walk daily on track to fit myself , so bought it to carry for my 6-month-old baby at the time.I can go on for 2 hour/day with my baby in this carrier and feel no issue at all . This has encouraged me to try going out every day with him.You can also detach the sling part to use just the hip seat which is handy.
