Amazing quality!
I have been so impressed by these baking trays. I was looking for a nontoxic option and stumbled upon these. I was hesitant to use these for things that I thought might stick or burn on, but as I have taken chances I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve baked chicken shawarma, granola, cinnamon toast, cookie, etc. I have been pleased that they wash up well, although sometimes needing a little soaking first. I recommend buying these.

Excellent quality
These are a very reasonable price and an excellent size. I always season stainless steel to help discourage any 'stickiness' although these have such a good finish it is hardly necessary. To season, clean and dry thoroughly, then simply coat with a high smoke-point oil and leave in a hot oven for an hour, then allow to cool. Wipe clean. Repeat if needed. You will find they are then effectively non-stick and 'wipe clean'. Do not wash using detergent or dishwasher or you will remove the 'seasoning'.In any event - these are excellent baking sheets and good value!

Great size
Really pleased with the two trays. They look lovely and shiny and perform well. I use them along with silicone mats to either roast veg without oil or to make cookies. They perform well although they do warp a little when in the oven but will return completely flat again when cool. Easy to keep clean.

Very pleased with them
I was sick of bits of non-stick coating flaking off my baking sheets or very difficult to clean baking sheets. I've had these stainless steel ones for 4 months now and I use them all the time. They are great, solid and sturdy and easy to clean by hand or in dishwasher. In some circumstances they do still buckle slightly but less so than most of the trays I have and then return to shape once cool, however I imagine to get a baking tray/sheet that doesn't ever buckle it would have to be super thick and therefore would weigh too much or be very costly. Really happy with them and have every intention of slowly replacing all my bakeware with different sizes of these.

Back to basics cutting out the nasties
These are great baking trays. Take a little getting used to after cheap non stick. A tip is to forget extra oil for most items, just pop food on tray from the freezer and give item a move with the spatula half way through. To get off baked on food/oil easiest to add some dishwashing liquid and water to soak after you have plated up meal, then comes off like a breeze. Hand-wash is best, and easy if presoaked. Comes up nice and shiny.Happy to be cutting out all the nasties in our cooking, and getting back to basics.

Poor quality
First of all the baking sheet is of very poor quality heavily warps during baking. Only used it at 180C. Secondly being advertised as non coated, safe etc. It has got a very heavy discolouration after first use, the surface feels rough where the discolouration is and it feels like that part of the tray has peeled off. Tried to scrub it with dish soap, malted vinegar, white vinegar, salt, lemon literally everything I could think of yet the surface is the same. I was afraid that it might have leeched into the food so I had to throw it out. I have got several other stainless steel cooking items and never had the same issue. Sadly I cannot recommend this item and I am not even sure that it is real stainless steel or some fake alloy. Is it safe to use for food? I am not convinced…..
