Lovely frame. Wording is clear and no problem with the lettering not being complete. It came in a nice presentation box only to be covered with an Amazon address label. So as it's a gift, I can't give it as it is. I tried to peel the label off, but it left behind, all the sticky substance. I will look for another box. Would have been nice if it had been covered with cellophane so that the label could have been stuck to that.But the frame itself is nice.

I love this photo frame - it's nice quality and makes a perfect gift. Arrived speedily, well packaged and I'm very happy with it . I know my sister will be delighted with it.

Very sadly this frame had a print defect. I contacted the manufacturer via the details on the Amazon return for a replacement and they claim it’s not one of their products so won’t engage. Returning for full refund instead and will buy a replacement gift for my parents from somewhere else.
