Cheerful Orchid Cactus Epiphyllum pumilum Indoor House Plants - epiphytic Succulent Cactus houseplant in 15 cm Hanging Pot

The parcel was dispatched quickly and arrived a few days early. Good. The packaging was excellent, and the plant arrived in pefect condition with absolutely no damage whatsoever. Good. Quite remarkable as Epiphyllums can have fragile and brittle stems. Good. The plant was obviously in rude health, bigger and better than expected. Good.The plant was advertised as supplied in a hanging pot.Good. It arrived in an ordinary pot. Bad. It was advertised as supplied in a 15cms hanging pot. Good. It arrived in a 12cms ordinary pot. Bad. It was advertised as Epiphyllum Pumilum(a species with white flowers). Good. It is an Epiphyllum FrühlingsGold(a hybrid with yellow flowers). Not bad, but not what I wanted.Due to the condition, health and size of the plant I want to keep it. So I reached out to the seller for an amicable solution. A 15cms hanging pot and a bit of Epiphyllum compost to repot it with, was all I wanted. Reasonable I thought. But no, it was return for refund or keep it. No attempt to resolve the misleading advertising about pots, sizes and plant variety, whilst allowing me to keep the plant.So, in a nutshell, it's nice plant...shame about the customer care.

bit doubtful ordering this but item arrived arrived well packed and alive and doing well , just hope it flowers .
