It was tough to get used to for the first two nights. However, once I fell asleep, I sleep very deeply. So much so that I slept through multiple phone calls in the first week. Neck pain and headaches are gone. It feels much firmer than it is until you get used to it, pillow is more on the medium size of firmness. Pleased with purchase.

Upgraded review as seller was super responsive and reached out. While I still don't love the pillow I would definitely shop with this seller again. This pillow does not provide good support for your neck if you are a side sleeper. If I sleep on my back with this pillow my lower back ends up hurting. It doesn't feel like memory foam. It is not firm at all. It's extremely squishy and just doesn't support my neck at all.

I have bought so many pillows trying to find one that would allow me to wake up without pain. I have had neck surgery years ago and have found that finding the right pillow is more difficult than expected. This pillow is not one that when you lay down at night you are like oh that feels great but its not uncomfortable it does take a few nights to get used to but I never wake up with neck pain. It definatley supports the neck, it keeps its shape, no weird smells, I dont get overheated overall this pillow is great for a side sleeper and the memory foam shape has a spot to rest your arm. I would recommend this pillow.

I really want to give 5 stars because I absolutely love the pillow and feel the difference when I don’t use it. But the smell for the pillow I received is horrible! I tried a few things to get the smell out and it seems as though it comes back stronger even through the pillowcase.The pillow provides great neck support, my neck and head feel very supported and I woke up with no aches and pains. When I was reading reviews prior to purchasing, I did see most people said it took a few days for them to adjust but I felt the difference immediately.If this company can correct whatever issue causes this smell it would be a 10 out of 10!

I’m LOVING this cervical neck pillow! It is very comfortable, and has helped my pain immensely! I am a side sleeper, and I sleep comfortably on this. It also feels good if you lay on your back. If you are having neck pain, get this pillow! You won’t be disappointed!

This a great pillow for side sleepers. It is firm and won't lose shape. It is cool, so I'm not sweating a lot when I'm sleeping. There is a place for my arm so that it doesn't go numb while I'm sleeping. The price was great! Thumbs up all the way!!

Should be offered in different heights, mine is too tall. Material is nice. Nowhere to put your arm.
