Comfortable and cooling, but takes time to adjust The pillow feels great and stays cool all night, which helps with comfort. It gives good neck support, but I still wake up with slight neck pain sometimes — maybe just needs more time to get used to it. Overall, still a quality pillow.

My husband absolutely love this pillow! The brochure said it could take up to two weeks to see full results, but he honestly noticed an improvement after the very first night. He’s been sleeping on it for over a month now, and feels wonderful. He used to wake up with a stinging pain in my lower neck almost every day, and that pain has actually disappeared. Slept 3 days on it, neck is worse than before. It's a child's size, not meant for the head of an adult. I barely could find a position which felt half-comfortable, then I turned in my sleep and woke up from the pain from my neck. Really not worth the money, do NOT buy.
