Highly Recommend this scope
This is a great scope for turkey. Excellent eye relief. Center dot could be more pronounced - however certainly not a significant deficit. I used a laser bore sight in the chamber to zero- highly recommend that approach. Great profile and right sized for shotguns. Mounted on a Mossberg 20 using the Hawke rings also. Strongly recommend this scope.

Ok scope, but not real clear
I bought this scope to put on an airgun. It has a 50 yard parallax setting which is perfect for my use and the reticle is also great, small dot with a circle. I was impressed with the reticle and the illumination is perfect, not flare even on the highest setting. The lenses were just OK, nothing special. Somewhat fuzzy at all distances and hard to descern bullet holes at 30 yards on 4x, which a normal scope has no problem with. I gave it 4 stars, because, for what it's designed... turkeys at reasonable distances, it would work fine and you don't need razor clarity, and believe me, you don't come close to that. You'll notice it isn't clear as a bell, but it won't stop you from killing a turkey. Maybe it was a fluke, because I have several Hawke scopes and am generally very happy/impressed with them.

Best of Both Worlds
Some prefer a red dot for quick acquisition and wide field of view. Others want some magnification, while still retaining some of the qualities of a red dot, without having to have two separate optics (holo + magnifier). This scope combines the two, red dot (or choose green) plus low power magnification which for older eyes is often needed, especially for ensuring a legal harvest. I was able to bore sight this optic in just a couple of minutes. Out of the box it appears to be well-made. The true test of course is time in the field. But certainly, having some benefits of the red dot plus low power magnification was exactly what I needed. Looking forward to spring turkey!! I would definitely recommend this scope.

Excellent small and lightweight 1-4 optic
Excellent small and lightweight 1-4 optic with red/green dot option. Holds zero and survived 45-70 recoil.

Very clear
Liked the first one so much i ordered another one.

Good scope, not very bright
I like the scope overall, however the color when turned on are not very bright, even on a dark target. It was kind of odd. I has trouble trying to site this in on the target because I couldn't see the dot in the middle.

Turkey scope hawke
Scope is awesome. Nice and bright and I dialed my mossberg 500 20 ga in. Eye relief is 2th to none. I think they set the standards for turkey scopes
