I read a LOT of reviews (after I had purchased it lol) saying that the cup came broken and I got a little worried. When it arrived the package looked very damaged and I was fully expecting a broken cup. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, and was perfectly fine!(some people had claimed that theirs was not) Love it! Can’t wait to use :) ps, just by looking at the cup I don’t think it’s leak proof. But it’s a tumbler. I don’t mind!! Just don’t hold it upside down.

Originally i was very excited with this cup. it looked and felt sturdy and well made.Boy was i wrong! the second i opened it up, the inside cup came right off with the lid. Im assuming it was already broken because it was perfectly lined with the bottom portion. I tried to glue it but its missing pieces. Tiny ones that im assuming were left in the package it came. Bubble wrap, no less 😒 Still arrived broken. Funny thing is, it us very sturdy plastic when you touch it! and pretty heavy too! so im guessing defective!? 🤷🏼‍♀️ not sure but i was bumbed out since this was for my daughters birthday gift. Now i gotta wait for another one.

The cup is cute and functional. However, it's very fragile. I accidentally dropped it and the cup broke so I am looking for another one that is more sturdy.

Breaks easily. My kid dropped her cup one time and it cracked all the way to the inside of cup causing it to leak and water to get trapped. This is definitely not durable and won’t survive past one drop. Pass on this one.

I have used it everyday since I got it for drinking water and I love it! It’s so cute too.
