The media could not be loaded.  Purchased this product blindly as there was no picture/video reviews to go off of, only 5 star reviews. Received the tv within 4 days of ordering and it arrived safely as per the standard delivery procedure for fragile items.- I originally bought this for my game console and did not intend on using any other features on the tv. As soon as I plugged the tv in I was greeted with lovely music as I set it up manually and directed straight to the tv guide. Scrolled through for a bit and found some great channels which I saved to shortcuts. Will definitely be watching tv more often now 🥳!- I was able to calibrate my console to match the tv settings and give me the best gaming experience.- Two remotes provided: Smart tv remote & regular remote.- Image quality is great, as well as sound output which can be changed. (This was judged through gaming for 2 hours lol).- Overall I am very happy with my purchase and already connected my tv to my Amazon alexa which is also very useful.

Samsung always easy to set up with a good quality picture for a terrific price.
