This folding chair is what I was looking for a long time.Great value, Easy to handle,The chair is slimmer than a wheelchair it makes it easier to movie from one place to another As we have a small bathroom with a narrow hallway to the bedroom.Its easy to store as it folds away.

This product was not opened until today as my mother lives abroad. There was a fault with the chair and we felt it was totally unsafe for her to use. Please may we return it with a view to ordering another product.

I bought this for emergency transport to get a resident downstairs in our nursing home but I was a bit shocked to see how small it actually was. The handles are really short. You’re hunched over using it and it’s not what we expected. Our lift was out of order, it did take the lady and her weight but I’d not use it unless absolutely no other way

I knew what I was buying - a means of transporting someone from A to B (as used by the ambulance service). Unfortunately, the chair proved to heavy to operate by the elderly gentleman I bought it for to transport his elderly wife from bedroom to bathroom. It weighs nearly 8kg of solid steel and is built to last, folds away but where as it is rather cumbersome. Amazon were kind enough to accept its return by courier (which they organised) with full refund. I am still searching for something more lightweight.
