Very cool and simple concept that is well executed.
When my wife first showed me these on Vine we wanted to order them for one of our younger household members who is just getting into Softball. I didn't fully read the description and assumed there was some kind of electronic that would change the color only to be both surprised and impressed that they do it by simply changing how your eyes see the colors. For the blue/red one - Since adding blue to red produces purple, the ball has alternating stripes of red and blue so when you throw the ball in a way that it spins properly, your eyes see it as purple. No electronics, no magic, just the simple act of your eyes not being fast enough to see the ball spinning. For the yellow/black one - This one is more designed to show you where to place your fingers but accomplishes the same thing. These are not as big as regulation softballs but allow you to get the technique down which is the important part which you can then apply to a regulation sized ball when you play.Overall they worked well. We tried to get a picture of the ball as it went through the air but with a phone camera it was difficult so we posted a photo of it spinning on our kitchen counter so you can see what it looks like. It actually turns even more purple when it flies through the air.As we were very impressed with the design and how it was implemented, we give this a 5-star review and definitely recommend it. We are very happy with them.

Nice for practicing the basics
As I get older, I tend to forget about the basics. So, I got these balls to practice throwing. I do like the yellow ball with the black line as it reminds me where to position my fingers on the seams. The red and blue ball is fun to use but during the evening hours it is tough to see. It is important to note that these are 11" balls; not the size that most adults use for slow pitch softball.

Neat training balls. The white ones are easy to make yourself.
These are actually cool. So far, the white ball is our most go to training ball. But the downside, you always have to go retrieve it and that wastes time. We liked it so much, that we took our old synthetic balls and spray painted a black stripe on each, just like this one. The DIY versions work just as great and now we can have a lot of these to practice on at a time. The other one is a bit tricky. My husband is colorblind, so he can't see red/blue turning to purple all that well when he trains my son. So, it turned out to be not as useful to us.

More of a novelty with little actual training value
My two boys, 12 and 10 years old, love baseball and we always enjoy trying out various training aids. These baseballs seemed like they would be a fun way to focus on the spin of the ball and finger placement. It’s an interesting idea and definitely worked insofar as it helped us to focus more on the spin, but doubt it is something we would use on a regular basis. Also, and this was the biggest con, it was really disappointing how the color started to rub off after only one use.

Two different pitching trainers
This set comes with two different pitching trainers so you're really looking at two different products. I'll make comments on both individually. The white ball comes with markings on where to place your fingers for a fast ball. While nice, this is really easy to replicate. It comes with some raised seams as well which is good for training but once you/your child has this grip down, they should move to a regular ball which you can always mark with a marker for the same desired effect. Not bad but nothing special. The red/blue ball is where this set is worth it. The ball turns appears purple when there is rotation on the pitch. This provides feedback as to how much spin was on the ball. If you do not see purple, there was little to no rotation. I love this instant feedback and it is a very worthwhile training tool. Both of these balls feel just like a regulation ball and are pretty tough. While they haven't gotten scuffed up for us because we only use them on grass, if they hit enough concrete, I imagine they will scuff up. I think both of these balls are great training tools and worthy of young pitchers' time to train with (especially the red/blue).

Not sure how much help the stripes are yet
I have two upcoming softball pictures in my house and we're training in lots of ways. So I'm not sure if these balls are working quite yet for us. They are 11inch balls so my 12-14 year old can't really train with them but my 7 year old can to get ready for pitching in 10u. These are expensive at $30 for a set to not quite know if they are working at all

my nephew LOVES this for his baseball training
I recently received the spin vision baseball trainer for my nephew who is an aspiring baseball player, an i'm extremely impressed with this product. The trainer is designed to improve a players hitting skills by providing a visual cue for pitch location and movement. The baseball trainer is easy to use and comes with a set of balls to get started. The balls have a unique design that helps the player to visualize the pitch movements and location. It can be adjusted to simulate different pitch types, so my nephew can practice hitting curveballs, sliders, and fastballs. What i love most about the trainer ball is that it's portable and can be used in any park setting. We can take it to the park, the backyard, or even use it indoors. It's also durable and can withstand repeated use, which is important because my nephew uses it every day.

Pricy but serve there purpose
Are these training balls over priced? Absolutely. But if you or your kid is just starting out with pitching, they are a really good tool to have on hand. The quality seems pretty good, and they better be for that price!
