H&S Motorsports Billet Fuel Filter Housing 121008 Compatible with 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel

This is a good piece to upgrade. My old one cracked and ford wanted 680 for a new pump and told me they didn't sell this cup separately. I saw online some people said they went through 2-3 plastic ones and at 70 apiece for a plastic replacement I decided to try this one. Has worked well since I put it on with no issues and you can be sure this one won't crack when you're loosening or tightening it! If your stock piece breaks I can't see replacing it with anything else.

Tired of breaking the OEM plastic housing so I bought this and it is high quality with an exacting fit

After changing the fuel filter on my F250, I could not get the OEM plastic housing to seal properly. Things would seem fine then out of nowhere, I would lose power going down the highway and get a low fuel pressure warning. I removed, re-lubed (with diesel) and reinstalled it a couple times, but it always ended up with the same issue. Ordered and installed this, followed the directions and used vaseline to lube the O ring instead of diesel and haven't had a problem since. I like the fact it's metal, so I don't have to worry about possible cracks in the plastic that I can't see. I also think had I used Vaseline on the O ring initially with the OEM housing I probably wouldn't have had the issues I had. Still, I have a lot more confidence in this metal housing and really glad I got it.

The OE Fuel Filter Cap is prone for cracking/breaking, and if you replace it with anything other than an OE part, it leaks or eats up o-rings and seals. That is no longer the case with this aluminum version. Fits fantastic, easy to install, easy to use, and no issues with it any more! So glad we did this upgrade, and will be ordering more for my fleet of 6.7s!

Cracked my original reinstalling, this installs/seals more easily. Know I will never buy another as well as the quality is excellent.

Cracked the plastic junk housing on my 2012 f250 doing a fuel filter change was going to get another plastic one till I found this aluminum one and just changed my filters again so I putt this one on came with everything needed all o rings included that you need to install just take your water sensor out of your plastic housing putt in this one change your filters prim the system back up good to go would definitely by again if there was a need to but hopefully that will be the fix all for fords dumb engineering decisions they make later on doing the upper filter conversion hsm for the win on this housing

Would not tighten up with water sensor clip installed it will hit the securing bracket, cannot install with clip installed will have to do it after housing is installed. clip ended up on other side of filter so you have to cut retaining band to connect clip.
