Poor craftsmanship
The overall craftsmanship is extremely poor - very bad facial features/hands of Lord Ganesha. Not worth the 20,000/- these people are charging. Will avoid this seller in future. Also the swing chain is broken on one side and fixed with a brass loop.

Tougher installation
The product comes in three pieces: Ganesha on the swing, the bowl and the arch. The bowl has two holes where the arch needs to fit perfectly. This is where I had bad experience: the holes are wider by atleast 2 inches, we had to bend the arch apart so that it fits right in the place. I wasted at least two hours trying to bend it carefully without breaking it and the bolts are too big so its hard to find the tools to tighten them in the given limited space.

Came Broken
It is a beautiful piece but came broken in pieces. I opened the box late and the return eligibility is just 10days. This is expensive and all my money is in drain.
