even considering that this product is on the higher range of cost of similar products with L-theanine decided to get it thinking that had good concentrations of the components described. found out when I received it that the serving size is 4 capsules, so in order to get those amounts described you need to take 4 capsules out of a 120 capsule bottle which will then last only for a month. seems misleading.

What a fab product. I like the fact it combines so many high dose supplements and vits in one. I feel I have more energy and focus. I Have issues sleeping but since taking it I’m sleeping better and deeper. Will def be buying this regularly. Great product!
