If you mean the legs then no. They're made out of plastic. If you mean the frame then yes. It's made of metal tubing.

Q: I’m 6ft 2inch, would the curved wings stick in my shoulders? Is it suitable for tall people?

I’m 6,3 and find the chair very comfortable. Shoulders sit nicely under the wings

Q: Are the armrests adjustable?

No. They move with the adjustment of the back rest to optimum height but not on their own. I find they’re perfect anyway, and I’m no T-Rex.
