Makes for a hands free ride....
On a bike or in my case, an Electric Commuting Scooter. Straps on with 3 Velcro straps around handles/handlebars with ease. I'll use it for my bike too, but I'm happy it works for my scooter as well. 4 stars because no cup holder . I drink a lot of diet drinks using my Yeti Tumbler which has to stay upright at all times, and this bag doesn't accommodate upright drinks. Plenty of room in main section for bottled water, sunglasses, lotion , keys, wipes, etc. Large zippered pouch in the front for ID's , wallets , and 2 small zippered sections , one on each side are perfect for coins and bills, so lots of storage and waterproof zipper pouches . The touchscreen for the phone is clear and while somewhat sensitive, I had to tap my keys on my phone a bit firmer than I normally would. I have a Galaxy phone and even with the bulky case it fit snugly into the clear waterproof touchscreen area. Its horizontal, but at least it's secure and safe from rain or getting dropped and you can answer your phone and put on speaker by just tapping it through the touch screen. I did test a water bottle out of the fridge and ride for about 20 mins in 80 degree Florida weather and the water stayed cold for the 20 mins, so insulation is decent. There's also a detachable shoulder strap, just attach it and use it as a shoulder bag , as it's insulated and can be used for a lunch or picnic bag. Before this bag, I was putting my small purse strap around my neck to carry my phone and money and ID and I felt silly with a purse riding on an electric scooter, so this is just what I needed. There are no instructions with this , but it's not hard to do , 3 small Velcro straps slide through the slits and then secure them around the handle bars , and pole thingy that is part of the handle bar frame. And the shoulder strap just buckles In on the sides so it's easy peasy.

QUICKLY RISING IN THE CHARTS WITH A BULLET
Being the organizer and leader of a large social bicycle club here in Fort Lauderdale the safety of our members is always priority one. Immediately following is our love of toys, gadgets and accessories. This item can fill both needs. Want to keep your gear and goods where you can see them? Safely packed away but always right at hand. This little dynamo is quickly becoming one of my very favorite bike bags. A bit smaller than a six pack. Several handy outside zippered pockets. The inside is well padded and insulated to keep your fluids or snacks cold. Works fairly well, put a little ice in there too. Not an issue but wish the sides were more sturdy to hold its shape. Mounts easy enough with the velcro strips provided-they are sturdy enough. Another zippered compartment on top for your cell or music, has a plastic see through window. The shoulder strap included is thin and without padding-try not to carry to much weight with this strap. Overall I am totally loving this little case. And I suspect that whoever is the recipient of this little bag when gifted away will be quite pleased with this one. As always remember:Ride Safe, Ride Strong, Ride Happy!!

YLIKBIR 4.7L Bike Handlebar Bag- Nice for the Price
Ample size for casual use. Might want bigger for bike touring. Main compartment is big enough for a nylon windbreaker, sandwich, cable lock, and bike tools. In my case, I got it for quick access a pair of binoculars for bike bird watching. Or could fit an SLR zoom camera, or a proper rain jacket instead.Three shallow outside pockets won't be much use. Top clear shallow case will hold a large cell phone or folded up route map. Thick PVC feels like it has a rubberized coating: should be waterproof and hold up well.Fastens with Velcro straps. With a typical mountain or hybrid bike the brake cables stick out pretty far, so the bag is going to sit well in front of the handlebar. On my bike it also hangs down at an angle, not perfectly upright as in the illustrations- not a functional issue. An improvement would be some reflective material on the front for enhanced visibility.

Bike Bag with travel strap ... essential equipment
This bike bag is a nice size to carry some essentials, like a 35mm camera. The bike bag is secured with velcro straps, so it is easy to attach or remove. It also comes with a shoulder strap so you can use this as a camera bag or shoulder bag. The top clear pouch fits a smartphone and the touchscreen still works. As seen in photo 4, I have mounted the bag to my bike, but I could not get the bag to stay upright if I used the third strap. Not sure I will use the phone pocket, so that is not critical. The velcro straps work well, but I am not sure how long they will last, but you can always buy a roll of velcro tape.

A good bag at a good price
This bag is well-made and looks reasonably waterproof though I’m not sure I’d trust it in a sustained downpour, especially if I was carrying an iPhone in it. The clear plastic panel touchscreen really does work quite nicely though it’s a little tedious getting my phone in and out of the top compartment. The bag is reasonably roomy and derp enough inside, with enough room for keys, wallet, pump, tube, tools…etc. but I’d love it more if it had another inch or two in width.Attaching it to the bike is a cinch with the hook and loop straps. The included detachable shoulder strap just makes it all that more versatile as you can use the bag when you’re shopping and your bike is parked outside. You get a lot of bag for the money!

Nice to have
I like this generic bag with the clear screen to put your phone or in my case my GPS. It comes with 3 velcro enabled straps which makes it flexible to where you mount it. It's a decent size bag to have and comes with shoulder straps. The suggestion that I will make is, it needs some inside pockets as you can see in the pic you can store a lot but pockets would organize it as well

Very basic bag
While this bag does not compare to others that are much fancier, it is a basic serviceable bag with a low price and an easy attach/detach system. Fancy and more expensive bags have mounts that are permanently attached to the bike handle bar and stem. This bag has three velcro straps that go in and come off easily. They do the job holding the bag securely. The bag is large enough to hold what I carry: tools, spare tube, sun lotion, poncho.
