Nice TV but doesn't support Freeview. Had trouble with the TV seeing the SAT cable. Called Samsung Tech so ongoing problem to sort. I know it's all Internet Tv now but when you are only getting 14-17 MBsec it doesn't perform!Uk so far behind other countries with fibre Internet.

Extremely dissatisfied – I expect a full refund and return of the productI purchased a Samsung TV less than six months ago, expecting reliable quality and proper support. Unfortunately, the screen started flickering severely within this short period.I contacted the seller around 20 days ago. They initially promised to come and check the TV, but they kept postponing the appointment every two days and eventually stopped responding. It has now been 20 days with no visit, no repair, and no communication whatsoever.Given that the product developed a fault so quickly and I have received no support or resolution, I am requesting a full refund and that the TV be returned. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others not to buy this product or deal with this seller.

Excellent value for money from Samsung. It meets all my wants and needs for a TV. It's good quality, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
