As expected
Ac delivery and installation was very professional and on time by the amazon and voltas team. Ac performance is upto the mark. Cooling is very good. Using the 1.5 ton Ac in enough sizeable area and it is working very well.

It is bad . In two years it no working. Not cooling we spent a lot money for it's service but still no hope

AC are very good and at this price point one of the best product, but installation is a hassle. And to much pain full.

All good but cable is short
The power cable from inside unit connecting to the outside unit is shorter than the 2 copper tubes बाय about 2.5 feet hence additional cable has to be joined to make the length equal of copper tubes.This makes no sense as the copper tubes and power cable have to run side by side from the inside unit to outer unit.Can Voltas look into this as this makes the whole experience wanting.

Worst service
Worst service from Voltas . Local manager from Nalgonda don’t even respond for any call . They will not visit and address the issues . In online they will update as service done
