Good quality cover.
Reasonably well fitting cover and seems to be waterproof. It fits my Raptor 14 quite well. I think it would benefit from a more secure fitting arrangement than relying on the elastic stretch band, when mountain biking it could easily catch on a tree and be lost!

Bought for a 32L Osprey Nebula...
...and it fits perfectly! Great product.

Useful cover for when it's yucky out, but could do with better attachment at top
Mountain Biker - use this to cover my Osprey Raptor 14.Positive:Nice that it stows into its own pocket that stays attached when cover is deployedStops dirt and mud from back tyre affecting backpack that it coversNot 100% waterproof, but does a decent jobNegative:It's an ok fit, but quite baggy / balloons when cycling. When fitting it, it feels like it needs a better attachment to keep it on at the top / sidesHard to get it to feel like it won't fall off, but it does seem to stay on (used for 4 hours in pouring rain yesterday)

Too robust? It's tough being (bulky) green
Firstly, I'm going to confess that I sent this back because it didn't meet my needs, I hope this helps you decide if it will meet yours. Purchased to cover a 14 litre Osprey bike pack on muddy trail days and poor vis roads. XS Raincover in "limon".Plus Points: it's made of a robust ripstop nylon and the elasticated edges provided a secure fit to my Osprey Raptor pack. The Osprey logo is reflective along with three reflective bars at the base which face backwards when you're in a cycling position. There's a robust mounting point for a clip on rear light (e.g. Cat Eye). It feels like a sturdy piece of protection, but...The Downsides: it's a chunky monkey. If you're putting it on at the start of a ride and plan to leave it in place, great. However, it's packed size is considerable in relation to the size of rucksack it's designed to protect and the stiff material means that it's not that squishy so it won't compact. You (certainly I) wouldn't want to take it in your sack "just in case" as it takes up too much valuable space. It's not "High Viz". It's High Visibility in that it has reflective parts, but it's GREEN ("limon"), not a fluorescent eye catching colour (some online images give the impression it has a yellow hue. It doesn't. It's green). The downsides were deal breakers for me so I sent it back (thank you Amazon) and purchased another model of Osprey "High Visibility Raincover" which is packaged differently and made of a much lighter ripstop fabric. Confusing? Yes. I've added photos to highlight the differences in size, packaging and colour. The listed item is on the left in both images. The alternative model has the same reflective features and light attachment point, but it's a lighter yellow-green and compacts into a much more portable size.I've rated four stars on the visibility angle. It's five star quality of build, just too robust for my application needs.

Good, but scary!
When I got this rain cover, it say around in my house for weeks because it didn’t seem like it would reliably attach to my Raven 14 backpack. It has a drawstring and it’s quite secure when the backpack is full. But I use my backpack to go shopping and it didn’t seem secure enough when there wasn’t much bulk to cover.Anyway, it does seem to be. It stays put. When I finally got around to trying it, it didn’t come off and it kept my bag decently dry. But I’d still be more comfortable if it had some snap-loops, or something, to keep it firmly attached to the shoulder straps. It would also be nice if it had some sort of loops on the outside for lights to be attached. It has a reflective logo on the back but it’s probably not so clear as my red, flashing fibreflare, which I keep clipped to the bag itself. Finally, it’s quite bulky. When stowed, it takes up about as much room as a large apple, in the shape of a lozenge. While there is a pocket for it on the bag, the Raven is awkwardly designed with not much give in the back panel, meaning that putting stuff in the pockets reduces the amount of space in the main compartment. I’m not quite as pleased with it as I was with my old Zealot 18, which was like the Tardis! So, it’s good. But it could be better.
