GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

So recently we got this for our sons birthday and he had a blast putting it together. BUT even after we paired the remote it did not work. I emailed their customer service and they explained how it would light up but do nothing else. They sent me a way to trouble shoot back and within minutes of their instructions it was working. My son loves flying it around and thus far its taken his abuse.

Drone

The media could not be loaded. It’s a small, fun, and cute little thing. My boyfriend and I did it together and we had a lot of fun. As you can see in the video it was fun

Bad remote controller. Excellent support

The media could not be loaded. April 15 2024. pdate. After my complain the vendor contacted me and tried to solve the technical issue but couldn't help. They then offered me to either send me a replacement or refund the money. I opted for refund. They seemed to doing much more than what they needed to do. I will give them full marks for support after sale. In my opinion remote is working in a frequency different from drone. A quality control issue.***********Just now assembled the drone. Pretty straightforward. The drone after charging flashes lights. When remote is switched on the drone lights go steady but remote lights keep flashing. Pressing one button take off makes drone motors to turn for a second and then stop. There is no way to pair the both. Manual does not give any clue how to pair. The remote is faulty. No way to return this trash. Don't buy this kit. It is waste of money.

Didn't work. Motors wired backwards.

The instruction were basic but could be followed. Once assembled if would not lift. In fact, while holding the drone in my hand if pushing down on my hand as the speed increased.

fun to assemble, flying not so much.

This was a fun and bonding project for my daughter and I to put together, but the drone did not really preform well once we got it assembled. The package came well put together and everything was well separated and marked. The instructions were clear. Assembly was fairly easy. We assembled it in roughly a half hour, taking our time. It comes with an extra battery and a couple extra propellers. I don't know if we got a bum board or what, but we charged the drone as instructed with the included cable and we took it outside on a windless day to the park. The drone just didn't respond well. we pushed the take off button, which the instructions say should cause the drone to take off and hover 5 feet above the ground, and 85% of the time the propellers would spin up and then immediately spin down. occasionally I could get it off the ground by pushing the altitude stick up after the take off button, but it would get 15 feet off the ground and start descending even with the stick at full rise, until it landed. The controls did not react (forward/back, left right) the way you would expect, it would move forward, but would not move back when the stick was pushed opposite. All in all, we did not expect a whole lot from this inexpensive toy, but we got much less than we expected. that said, the price was nearly worth the bonding time and the electronics assembly lessons.

First Time Using A Drone - Assembly Moderate Difficulty - Learning How To Fly It High Learning Curve

The media could not be loaded. Overall it is pretty fun. Just as a caveat, this is the first and only drone I've used and I've only used it indoor. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and extra propellers which is nice. The controller requires 2 AAA batteries. It provides about 5 minutes of continuous flight time and charges quickly in about 20-30 minutes.- Assembly - Moderate difficulty - The instructions are fine and everything makes sense. It took me about 40 minutes and that was also because I messed up and screwed everything in only to realize I had the motors upside down. So I had to redo all that screwing. The difficulty is handling a bunch of small screws (it comes with a screwdriver) and also know where to put what. You have to use small clues for frame of reference because it is symmetrical both horizontally and vertically somewhat, which can cause confusion or mistakes, like it did to me.- Build Quality - Surprisingly tough build, I have crashed it at least dozens of times, if not hundreds. I am still on the first battery and propellers have not needed to be replaced. The only issue I have is that the frame doesn't seem enclosed all the way tightly along its border, this is because the screws are in the middle and just plastic poles in holes line up the border.- Flying Difficulty - There is a high learning curve here. The controls are plentiful and so are the commands. You have all the 360 controls (up/down, left/right, turn left/right), plus speed controls, land/lift button, flight calibration buttons, and trick move controls. Then you have the gyroscope calibration command. All this takes a while to learn. I am a good seasoned video game player and it took me around at least 3-6 sessions to be fairly competent and start memorizing all the controls and learning the nuances of the drone, but it is paying off as now I can comfortably control it for the most part. I have crashed it multiple times on every charge and it is still working fine and I have not damaged anything in my home luckily.Beginner Flight Tip: Start without doing anything fancy and just try to hover in the same place. Correct by small taps to the control steering, not fully committed moves.- Control/Drone sync issue - The only issue I have with the drone is that when I turn both on, sometimes it just doesn't sync and the controller keeps flashing. It is weird since it will do the lift/land command a little and spin, so I know it is getting some signal but it won't give me full flight control. Doing the gyroscope calibration command (throttle down, steering forward) may seem to help with this but I am not entirely certain. So I just press a lot of the buttons and move it around and eventually it works. I just wish it synced immediately though.
