Defective spear
Spear head leaks gas into beer “out” port. I replaced the spear at my own expense. No response from seller as yet. Would be good to be shipped a new spear.UPDATE: seller has promised to ship a new spear. Defects happen….making it right deserves 5 stars.

Are there rings missing from this cleaner?
The 4 valves that connect to the couplers are not secured in the keg with any rings so the valves just want to screw out with the coupler when you try and disconnect. I do not even see a place for a ring to go? How do you disconnect your coupler and twist it out without unscrewing the valve?
