Tried making pancakes from scratch it was a total disaster. I cannot find a decent American style pancake mix anywhere either. Ended up getting this off Amazon.Made it exactly how it said on the box, 1 cup dry mix, 3/4 cup water, slightly less than 1/4 a cup of batter per pancake. Turned out absolutely fine, made exactly 6 pancakes and 86 calories per pancake. Loads left in the box. Simple and tasty.Will no doubt use up the box on those occasions when there's little else in the house! Requires nothing but water, butter and syrup.

Great recipe pancakes - only requires water (unlike many other pancake mixes which require eggs, milk etc, so in effect all your paying for is a bag / box of flour)! Great taste, a little goes a long way!

Works well. A touch too salty for me but still pretty darn good and also versatile as it can easily make waffle batter also.

We finished this box in one week. Actually delicious. Mix with water into a thick paste. Non stick pan with a little butter. Yummy

Really easy to make just add water and one egg(the taste almost the same without egg). The finishing pancake itself is not very sweet can add on any topping sweet or salty as your wish!
