Enables the Elite Active 65t for Skype and Teams
I bought this after getting an Elite Active 65t and it not working with Windows or Mac with Skype for Business or Teams. I couldn't return the unit and didn't want to shell out for the Evolve 65t unit. So, after speaking to support I took a punt and bought this. It works perfectly, and I'd recommend this for anyone with the "Consumer unit". Personally I suspect that there is very little difference in real use.Hope this helps someone :)

So far so good
I bought this to make my Jabra Elite 75t earbuds connect to MS Teams more easily and reliably. Due to the cost of the Jabra Link, I had put off buying it for about 12 months as I was sceptical of the results. The earbuds that I am using were not listed as compatible and Internet forums were full of mixed results. All I can say is that so far, for me, the results have been excellent.

Expensive, but does improve the MS Teams and online meeting experience
Deliberated long and hard about these having purchased the Jabra Elite 75t earbuds mostly for work use with Teams and Zoom etc. On their own the earbuds had intermittent poor sound quality (mic and speakers) which seemed quite random. The 370 USB has solved this and connection when taking buds out of charger box is almost instantaneous. NB YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO INSTAL THE JABRA DIRECT WINDOWS APP TO PAIR! However you can do this on one device and then insert USB dongle into another device if it's locked down for app installation e.g. I have a USB switch box for moving between NHS and personal laptop and I did the pairing while connected to personal laptop and can switch between devices without problems. Some nice features like mic on/off earbud switch is handy (left by default and works for zoom & Teams) and USB dongle LED is green/red for mic on/off. These additional features make the price more bearable but its still expensive when you've forked out not far of £100 for some earbuds you expected to work properly with Teams out of the box. That said it has made switching between 2 laptops real smooth! :-)

Dongle works as promised as a replacement
Was bought as a replacement to the dongle I broke (too easily). Was easy to pair with existing Jabra headphones so no issues. If you have one of these my advise, if travelling with a lap top, is to unplug it every time rather than risk damaging it.

Works great - ludicrously expensive
It's really handy to have two of these so that I can use my headset on two computers (home and work) without having to swap dongles. It works really well - much better than using the standard bluetooth receiver in my laptop. However, I find it hard to understand the cost. A bluetooth dongle just should not cost this much.

Works with PCs n Macs
Liked that I can now use my active 65t with my Mac and PCDisliked that I had to buy this separately to use for CONF calls from my computer

Unreliable
I purchased this because it allows you to connect AirPod Pros to Windows, AND enables the AirPod microphone (the microphone is not normally supported in Windows); and yes this did work. However, if you don't connect and wear the AirPods immediately after Windows start up, they won't play any sound and the mic doesn't work... despite them showing as connected. If you put the AirPods back in their case and then later try and use them, same problem. If you take the AirPods out of your ears for a few minutes, same problem. The only way to reconnect them (even though the Jabra software has a "connect" button) is to reboot Windows. It has now been returned
