Stays cold even in the heat
Amazing cup, really makes me drink more fluid as the straw makes it far easier to sip all the time. Temperature stayed cold for hours!

Live the product but this was a present and it is scuffed heavily at the bottom. It was packaged poorly

Should have read the comments
As others have said, should have read the comments. Ordered this twice now and both times it has come without a straw. First time I thought it was a dispatch issue so I returned and reordered. Clearly it isn’tThis is falsely advertised as coming with a straw when it doesn’t in reality.Will be returning this order also as for this product the straw is a key component.

Kinda disappointed that the product is shown and described with a straw, I know it sounds like a simple fix but with the size of the cup it's harder than you think to find a new one
